Ways to Get Ranked on Google Search and Drive Traffic to Your Websites

Getting your website ranked on the first page of Google search and driving website traffic is probably one of the hardest things to achieve. Especially if you’re fresh to this kind of industry.

However, with good insight, passion, and eagerness to learn, you’ll surely be able to make at least one of your blogs rank up to the top of Google search results, or who knows? Maybe you’ll be able to make your entire website rank up as well.

So In this article, we’ll be guiding you on how to not just optimize your website but also understand how online marketing can help your website gather organic visitors.

We’ll also discuss website promotions and ways on how to promote your website properly. And not just that, we’ll be giving you as well some blogging tips that are highly recommended this year 2020, things to do and things not to do to your website.

So let’s get started.

How to Get Ranked Higher on Google Search Results?

Before you get frustrated, let me tell you first that getting your articles rank up to Google search result will take a lot of time, and not just that, it takes dedication, patience, creativity, and resourcefulness. It also depends on what kind of niche your blog is about and how much competitors you have.

Did you notice? Whenever you publish your blog post, your blog won’t show up yet in Google search results?

That’s obviously because Google or any other search engines require to:

  • Crawl your web pages first.
  • Then the spiders will analyze your content.
  • Then decide where it should be placed.

Most of the time it’ll end up under your competitors or other popular websites. Or let’s just say on page number 7, 8, or maybe 9.

The point is, you’re blog won’t climb up to the top of Google search results unless Google sees your content following their guidelines. (Which you should always by the way.)

So what can you do? Just wait and while you’re waiting, check your blog posts and see if there’s something you can do to improve them because the quality of a blog post is really important to get ranked.

Search Engine Optimization

I’ve mentioned this so many times that SEO is the most important thing that every blogger should learn.

Search Engine Optimization is one of the reasons why blogs are ranking up to the top of Google search results and if you don’t know how to SEO then chances are high that you won’t be able to rank any of your pages. Unless you wanted to pay for promotion. (which we’ll talk about this later shhhhh….)

Nowadays, it’s really tough to get ranked to Google search results using keywords with high competition level. So the better way is to use keywords with less competition and high search volume instead and keyword research tools can help you find these keywords.

Ubersuggest is the Best keyword research tool online

I highly recommend you to use keyword research tools like Ubersuggest by Neil Patel. It’s a free keyword research tool that offers the following good features:

  • Domain Overview allows you to get more insight into what’s working for others like marketing strategies.
  • Top SEO Pages report allows you to discover which of your competitor’s pages are ranking for popular organic keyword phrases and which ones are loved by Google.
  • Keyword Suggestions helps you gain not just head keywords but also long-tail keywords based on what’s currently working for your competitors.
  • Content Ideas, this will help you get the topics that people are actually interested in reading. Topics that are getting the most social shares and backlinks.

Use your keywords in your title!

Another thing that I would like you to remember is by using keywords in your title. Your titles will show up not just in your page but also in your browser’s tab, google search results and other websites that are linked to your blog.

Let me give you an example, let’s just say we have the keywords:

  • Website Ranking
  • Google Search
  • Organic Traffic

You can use these keywords to build an optimized title. Let’s give it a shot!
So we have Website Ranking, Google Search Results, and Organic Traffic.

We can do something like:

Get Organic Traffic For Ranking A Website To Google Search.

Do you see what happened? We used all the keywords to make a title that surely makes sense and easy to understand. By doing this, Google will know that your content is about getting organic traffic to your website to get ranked on Google search results.

Keep in mind as well that you should not make your titles more than 60 characters because you don’t want your title to be cut out like this one:

Image of SEO Titles with more than 60 characters

Meta Descriptions

They say that meta descriptions also help to rank up your blog but in my opinion, I don’t think so.

Google is so smart nowadays that it reads your content from top to bottom. That means they know what your content is about. So even if you keep on putting keywords in your meta descriptions and your content is just trash? Google will still not put it on the top of the search results. That’s why I’m telling you to keep on writing high-quality and helpful content.

Build Quality Backlinks

Everyone says that getting high authority backlinks is the one and only way to stay on the top of Google search rankings.

They are absolutely right!

Backlinks also known as inbound links, these are links that connect an external website to your website. This helps Google to determine the popularity of your website and that your website matters. Consider backlinks like a number of likes. The more likes, the more Google will like your website.

So how can you get backlinks?

There are many ways to get backlinks, number one is through outreaching.
Outreaching is when you contact other bloggers to link your website in their website but this is something that is really hard to achieve. Remember that everyone is your competitor and they’ll think that you are a competitor as well, taking advantage of them.

Effective Way to Get Backlinks

One of my favorite ways to get backlinks is through social media, message boards, and forums. You can use Reddit, Quora, etc – These are all good places to market your content.

Just summarize your content into something understandable and do a cliffhanger at the very end of your post and just add “Read more” at the very end of your post linking your website.

This helped me get hundreds of web traffic in just a few months and if you do this as well, I’m sure you’ll get web traffic too!

Another way to get traffic is by using Pinterest. There was this time where you can just pin your post and caption it with keywords again and again and again and it’ll just blow up and go all the way to the top of the feed. But right now, I believe they have made Pinterest a little bit smarter than before. But still, I highly recommend you use Pinterest especially if your niche is about health, lifestyle, home decorations, or beauty.

YouTube is another way to get backlinks! If you have a channel, use it. Build an audience, make videos, and link it to your website. I suggest you do the same thing here where you do a cliffhanger and just tell your audience to go to your website if they want more information. It’s a clever way to attract visitors.

Paid Promotions

There are many ways to get website traffic. One of which is through paid promotions.

Paid promotions is a way to get website traffic through advertising networks like Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc. These networks will help you find the right audience for your blogs so if you are planning on paying for search, you should do it right.

Before you pay for a search, make sure that your content is worth reading. Make sure that as soon as the reader arrives at your web page, they’ll interact with it until the very end of your article.

Make sure you convert them into your subscribers as well by showing a “Sign up to our mailing list” right at the very middle of your page.

Remember when I told you to use keywords with high search volume and low competition? This time you’ll be using competitive keywords.

When you pay for a search, it doesn’t matter anymore if the keywords have high or low competition. Just use any keywords RELATED to your article with high search volume and it’ll do its job.

Personally, I believe that paying for promotion is just a temporary way to beat the competition and once you ran out of budget for your ads then you’re back at the bottom. That’s why I’m telling you to use this opportunity to write an awesome article that will lead your paid readers to become your loyal readers.

If you want to learn more about effective marketing strategies, I’ve provided some more tips in this article:

Speed up Your Website

Imagine you’re a reader and you search on Google about website traffic and then you click on one of the search results. Then the website you clicked takes a lot of time to load. Let’s just say it’s taking more than 10 seconds. Would you still have the patience to wait for that to load? Some would say yes, but mostly no.

Most readers will leave your website if it’s taking more than 6 seconds to load. That’s why website speed matters too.

Our website WeeklyHow, takes up to 2 to 3 seconds to load and I believe that’s a good time to load a web page. However, if there’s an opportunity for you to lessen that time. Take it! Because Google likes websites with fast loading speed.

If you’re having trouble with your TTFB (Time To First Byte). Read this article, it will guide you to speed up your web pages.

Things To Do With Your Blog

You may have heard some of this already but these are the things that you should do to help your website get traffic and rank up to Google search.

  1. Write awesome articles
  2. Understand your audience, know what they want.
  3. Use both short and long-tail keywords
  4. Use 3 – 4 catchy images in your blog posts. I personally use pexel.com to get stock images for free without watermarks. Don’t forget to compress your images as well.
  5. If you’re using WordPress, use a theme that is very simple yet very eye-catchy.
  6. If you have time, you may do a guest posting. Find a website where they accept articles from bloggers outside their team and just link your website from theirs.
  7. Experiment with different Keyword Research Tools
  8. Always look at your statistics, use Google Search Console. Check which keywords are getting more clicks and impressions and use them more in your future articles.
  9. Research, Do lots of research and experiments. Since everything online is changing in a matter of seconds.
  10. ALWAYS UPDATE YOUR CONTENT. If there’s something that you can add in your old blog posts. Add it. Update it. Google will notice that you update your blog posts and it’ll rank up once again especially if it already ranked before.
  11. ALWAYS BACK UP YOUR WEBSITE

Things NOT To Do With Your Blog

  1. DO NOT GIVE UP! If you are new to blogging. Don’t give up just yet. Good results take time. It’s not like an instant noodle where you only need to put a little effort and you’re good to go.
  2. Do not upload heavy images. Do not upload images with file sizes of more than 1 MB. As much as possible make it less 1 MB.
  3. Do not flood your blog posts with ads. Your audience is visiting your website to read not to look for ads. Unless they do though, that’ll be great. But seriously, don’t put too many ads in your content.
  4. If you are writing blogs about products, do not make your content look spammy where you just wanted readers to click on your affiliate links.
  5. Do not forget to take care of your website.

Conclusion

Getting website traffic and increasing your Google rankings will take a lot of time and patience. There’s no guarantee that you will get thousands of visitors every day in less than a year. However, with hard work, knowledge, patience, and dedication. You will get your website rank up to Google search in no time.

Effective Guide on How to Come up with New Ideas for Bloggers

Coming up with new ideas is one of the hardest part of creating a high-quality blog post for a website. Especially if you already have made hundreds of articles related to your niche. However, there are websites or blogs that are able to publish articles day by day without even struggling in coming up with new ideas.

So, how do they really come up with new ideas?

Bloggers with less experience usually rely on their brains and their own abilities to come up with new ideas and to create new content. Personally, I do that as well. But after writing more than 50 articles. I started to run out of ideas of what I should write next and that is frustrating.

Luckily, I’ve found ways to be able to come up with new ideas and in this article, I’m gonna be sharing them to you.

1. Understand your readers

This is the most effective way to come up with new ideas. Always understand your readers and try to ask yourself these questions:

  • What are the problems of my readers?
  • What are the topics they’re most interested in?
  • What information can I give to help my readers solve their problems?

You can always find the answers to these questions by going to Google Search Console. Find which search terms your readers usually type in and understand why do they type that in? Maybe there was no enough information online? Maybe the existing articles weren’t really solving their problems? If that’s the case then you just gave yourself an idea.

Google Search Console top search query results

So in the image above, my readers usually search for Shopify app tutorial.

Now the next thing that I’m going to be doing is by looking at my blog posts and see if I already have an article for that search query. So since I do have an article for that. I’ll proceed to Google and ask about Shopify app tutorial.

Now here’s the good part, Google will always provide search related in each search you do with Google. You can use that for your blog writing ideas. For example:

Google search results related to shopify app tutorial

The image above provides questions that were usually asked by REAL people, so if you think you haven’t answered those questions yet. Then this is the right time for you to start writing and answer those questions.

Coming up with brand new ideas for bloggers

You can also use ‘searches related..’ to come up with new ideas. Everything is in Google now. Everything for FREE!

2. Using Keyword Search Tools

If you think the first option didn’t really work for you, then using keyword search tools will help you a ton as well. One of my favorites is KeywordTool.io. It’s very easy to use. Just type in the keyword and it’ll give you related search results that you can use for coming up with new ideas.

Using keyword tool to come up with ideas for blogging

As you can see in the above example. We typed in the keywords how to, that gives us a lot of options on what to write next. like how to download music, How to download YouTube videos, and so on.

3. Go to reddit

It’s not a big secret anymore that reddit is the solution for many content marketing problems.

Reddit is huge, it consists of very specific niche type of communities that you can use for not only publishing your articles but also for getting new ideas about what you can write about next.

Just go to Reddit and search what type of posts you wanted to see. for example, you can use r/AskReddit. This community has almost 23 million members and had always 130k+ members online.

r/AskReddit for coming up with new ideas for bloggers

There you will see questions that you can use for coming up with new ideas. Some questions might not that really makes sense for a blog post but this could sometimes help you out. sometimes.

4. See what’s trending

A great way to come up with new ideas is by knowing what is trending at this point in time, also there are many platforms that you can use to find out what people have been searching for online recently. You can use:

To be honest, this option only works if what’s trending is related to your niche. If your blog is about news then this option might work for you. But if you think there’s nothing wrong about knowing what’s trending and if you feel like sharing your opinion as well regarding what’s trending then go ahead. Use the above links and find what’s hot.

5. Ask your readers what they want

If you have a huge amount of readers, then this is the best option for you. Asking them what they want will surely give you a lot of ideas on what to write next.

You can do this by going to your comments section and reply to the comments and ask them what else are they looking for? Are there more issues that they wanted to be fixed? Do they need more information?

These are the type of questions that you should be asking your readers. Not only it’ll help you come up with new ideas, but it will also make your readers feel that you care for them. Thus making them your loyal readers.

You can also use surveys like SurveyMonkey.com to send questions to your readers. But be more careful, asking too many questions could overwhelm your readers. It has been revealed by SurveyMonkey that the minimum questions you should only have in your survey must not be more than 10 questions.

So just keep your questions for fun. The fewer questions, the better.

6. Use HubSpot’s Blog Idea Generator

My Secrets for Increasing my Website Traffic

You may have already heard this, but the biggest secret to increasing your website traffic is by marketing each of your blog posts. However, it is important to keep your content in a very high standard. In other words, if you try to market a low-quality blog post, what’s the point? Yes, it’ll gain page views but it won’t make them an actual subscriber to your website.

How Do I Actually Market My Blog Posts?

There are many ways to do this, you may use social medias to market your blog posts. But let me tell you, marketing your blog posts to social medias is not the only way to increase your website traffic. In fact, it only helps like 20% on increasing your page views.

Some bloggers advertise their blog posts. Personally, this tactic is not an ideal way to increase your page views. However, this might work if you’re trying to increase your sales plus your website traffic.

I’ll be giving you a list of ways to effectively help you market your blog posts.

1.) SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

Google search is the best way to gain website viewers for your articles. Millions of users use a search engine every second. So think if at least one of your blog posts came at the very top of a search result and thousands of users search for that article. Your blog post will surely gain lots of traffic.

So how do you SEO blog posts? the answer is simple, by using keywords.
Good solid keyword research is my favorite way to increase my website traffic. The one and only tip that I can give you is to use MANY keywords without repeating the keyword (for more than twice or thrice). Use different keywords related to the article. The more unique keywords, the better.

2.) LinkedIn / Pinterest

LinkedIn and Pinterest are two of my favorites when it comes to marketing my blog posts. It gives a different result compare to marketing using Facebook or Twitter.

I will say that Pinterest is the best way to market your articles. Two of my popular pin in Pinterest is still giving me over 6,000 page views a month. This will rarely happen if you try to market your blog posts on Twitter.

My tip is to make great pins, make your images eye-catching to attract viewers and surely your website will gain more traffic.

3.) Email Subscribers

Are you using newsletter in your blog? If not, do it now!

It is confirmed that collecting email subscribers will help you increase your website traffic. Typically, bloggers send newsletters about their latest post to their subscribers. Personally, I think this is a mistake. Because you’re making your subscribers miss your old posts that can be helpful.

My tip here is to use an autoresponder that leads your subscribers to your old articles. I recommend using GetResponse.

Things To Avoid in Blogging

If you want your blog to succeed, you have to follow the rules in blogging. Avoid the things that can potentially hurt your blog. It isn’t that hard, but it is all on you. And that is “Patience”. Sometimes you will feel like all of your hard work is not giving you results that you’re expecting. That’s where patience comes in. Give your blog lots of time and effort. Do lots of research and avoid being frustrated all the time because that won’t help your blog at all.

Final Thoughts

I hope this article has given you some idea on how you can increase your website traffic. Keep in mind that all of the tips provided in this article won’t work if you don’t have patience and love with what you’re doing. Be thoughtful about how you can reach your ideal viewers. Good luck!

10 Highly Recommended Blogging Tips for 2019

Every year, the number of bloggers are ridiculously increasing. Just open your social media apps and try to notice how many blog posts you will see.
There are millions, right? So here’s the question. Is there still a place for bloggers like you and me?

The answer is absolutely!

According to WordPress, the number of people who reads blog posts are nearly around 409 million and they read more than 22 billion pages each month. That’s a lot of people and page views.

So what can you do to gain a percentage of that billions of views? Research and ask for expert advice.

Starters tend to forget how important research is, most of them thought that what we know is enough and I gotta admit I’ve been like that too.

So in this article, we’ll be giving you 10 highly recommended blogging tips for the year 2019 and obviously, you can still utilize these tips in your future blogs.

Understand Search Engine Optimization

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is one of the most important keys that you should always try to understand.
SEO is always shifting – and because of that, your content must be always updated to be continuosly found via search.

It’s been said that by 2020, voice search will keep on rising up to 50% – almost half of text search. Special thanks to Google Home and Amazon Echo.

Also, videos will keep on dominating in search results. So consider adding videos to your blog posts without overdoing it as much as possible.

Setting Goals

Woman with laptop lying down in bed

Obviously, when you make a blog – you set goals. Your goals may be to grow your subscriber base, boost sales, get more clients – as long as your blog content has a very specific objective in mind.

You can make your content entertaining but it also needs to give your readers an idea on what actions to take after reading your content.

Set your goals for days, weeks or months and make actions for your goals. For example, you want to attract more visitors. You may do so by making content that will attract visitors. Be passionate with your blog, your viewers can see through your posts what your intentions are.

Making High Quality Content

Whenever a user type in the Google search bar. Google spiders or crawlers will start looking for the best result it can offer. They usually look for the websites and blogs that has the best relevant answer, and start displaying the list of those websites.

In other words, if the quality of your content is high then it will be displayed in the search results. So make sure you give everything you can when you write a blog post.

How can I make high quality blog post?

The answer is pretty simple, be straight-forward with your content without sacrificing SEO. Use keywords that can be crawled by search engines and always do research.

Be the reader

Man, Reading, Touchscreen, Blog, Digital, Tablet

Try to put yourself in the shoe of others but as a reader.

  • What do you feel when you read your own blog posts?
  • What does it sound like? does it sound like genuine?
  • Do you feel a connection when you read your blog posts?

Those are the things that you should consider when you write a blog. Keep in mind that search engines also read your content. They can scan all the words that you write in your blog post and if search engines does not like your content, then obviously your readers will feel the same way.

Daily Grinding is Normal

Blogging is no doubt hard, there will be times that you will feel exhausted and be done with it. It’s normal, but do you know what’s NOT normal? starting a blog and leave it behind after a few days or weeks because they don’t see growth from it.

Growing a blog doesn’t happen in just a few weeks. You have to work for it every single time. Not days, not weeks but all the time. You always need to check your website, with or without visitors. You have to check if the site is running or not. You have to check if the site is fast or not. Because let me tell you, the speed of website is also important in Search Engine Optimization.

So if your main goal is to make your blog BIG, then daily grinding is what you need to be doing.

Don’t Copy and Paste

This is what you should avoid, copying and pasting other blogger’s post into your own blog post.

This is not going to help your blog at all, it’s true that there are millions of blog posts about certain things that may cause duplication of contents. But if you personally give your own words or thoughts in your posts, then I don’t think it’s possible to have a duplicate of what you have made.

Just keep it real.

Keep your blog fresh

You might be thinking that once you published your content, you won’t have to look back at it again. But unfortunately, you are wrong,

It is very important to always keep your blogs fresh and updated. Why? because if your old blog posts were crawled by Google. Updating them will make Google or other search engines crawl at them once again.

So go back to your old contents and see if there’s something that you can add in your posts.

Use Newsletter

Marketing experts will always say that email marketing is crucial for any blog. It effectively boosts your website’s engagement by making your subscribers click to whatever email you send.

If you are new to Email Marketing and you are using WordPress for your blogs then you can try EmailChimp, it is a free plugin that you can use to send emails to your subscribers.

Be consistent always

Being consistent is obviously different from daily grinding. Consistency with your blog topics can attract more visitors.

So I will personally encourage you to try making a series of blogs about a certain topic. For example, make 10 parts of blog posts talking about a movie or anime. Readers are more likely to read your next episodes if they find your content entertaining so keep it fun for your readers 😉

Do It Again and Again

If you have utilized everything that was mentioned in this article then congratulations! However, blogging never ends for everyone. You have to do everything all over again and again and again. yes, again.

Keep reviewing your blog posts. Visit every page you have in your blog and make sure that everything is available for everyone to see.

How To Create Viral Content on Your Website

Getting yourself at least one content that goes viral is like a jackpot feeling as it can bring tons of new visitors back to your website. The number one priority that you should be focusing on is the quality of your content. It’s not about the quantity, not at all. To learn how to create viral content on your blog, stay focused on how to do that.

Obviously, there is no guarantee that all of your “high-quality” blog posts will go viral. But, following these steps and having consistency can improve your website traffic.

In this article, we’ll be focusing on how to create viral content based on everything that works in the real world.

1.) Keep yourself updated to what’s trending or viral!

Related image

If you’re wanting to learn how to create viral content, it is important to keep yourself updated to what’s happening to the entire world. Keep reading news articles, and talk about it in your blog posts (if your WordPress blog is about news and stuff) However, there’s a way to put these trending news in your blog posts without actually talking about the entire story. Make it as an example, let’s say your blog posts are all about games, and a new product of Apple is trending. Let’s say a new iPhone, then include it in your post by saying “this game that was developed by Company X is compatible to the newest product of Apple, and that is iPhone X..treme..” (see what I did there?)

2.) Create a content that is relatable.

Another thing to remember when you’re wanting to learn how to create viral content is to make it relatable as much as possible. You don’t want to create content that is only targeted to a small group of readers. So as much as possible gather all the audience and don’t pick just five of them. So how can you do this? simple, just do a lot of research. Actually no, don’t do research anymore because we’ll talk about it here. A good example of this is an article about getting in shape or being healthy. Mostly everyone wanted to be healthy. So make a content talking about how to be healthy. I know there are thousands of articles that already talked about this but it’s not about that. it’s about how you write the content, and how unique it is from the rest of the websites that people knew.

If you haven’t posted anything in your WordPress blog, you may want to learn how to write your first blog post.

3.) Keep your content optimized

Now that you have an idea of what your blog posts should contain. It’s a good practice to make it also optimized. It is important to learn how SEO works so if you don’t know what SEO means. SEO or Search Engine Optimization is a practice where you’re making your content searchable by using keywords, images, and titles. Another thing to keep in mind is that always use keywords that are popular but low in competition. What does it mean? Everyone in this world loves writing, I think it’s in our nature to love writing something, I myself loves writing especially in my journals and stuff, Every time I experience something I always write it down every time I learn something I write it down.

Why? because these notes can be used not only by you but also by millions of people. Unless it’s your diary, you don’t want everyone to know that your crush’s name is Lisa. Same goes to writing blogs, it’s the same as writing in your diary, however blogging is not your diary where you keep it just to yourself, Blogging is literally shown to millions of people to read. In this article, I’m going to teach you how to write your first blog post.

Writing blogs seems to be the hardest thing to do, it MUST be unique.
But before we start writing blogs. First, we must understand what is a blog.

What is a blog?

A blog (also known as Weblog) is a discussion or informational website published on the World Wide Web consisting of discrete, often informal diary-style text entries (“posts”). The word blog can also be used as a verb, meaning to maintain or add content to a blog.

Blogging is the most popular thing on the internet, everyone does blogging and to be honest, you- who are reading this article, you had already
written a blog. Where? in your social media like Facebook, Twitter, or in your Instagram. You post images with captions or descriptions about something that you have experienced yesterday.

After you read this article there is no reason you can’t write blogs easily.
With this, you can literally write everything you want as long as you know the subject that you’re writing about.

How to Start Writing a Blog?

Here is the list of things you need to remember when writing your first blog post:

1. Understanding the targetted audience.

To whom are you writing your blog? Is your article for kids? Teenagers? Adults or for Elders?
Before writing a blog you must know first which people you’re targeting. Of course, you can target multiple categories of people as long as you know what you’re writing. Say for instance your target audiences are millennials and they’re looking to start growing their own social media accounts.
Then you must start giving them pieces of information about growing their social media instead of teaching them how to create a Facebook account because let’s face it, everyone knows how to make a Facebook account, even 3-year-old kids know how to do it already. Trust me.

2. Getting a domain

Now that you understand your audiences, It’s time for you to create a domain where you can upload your posts, there are FREE web hostings out there where you can make CMS (Content Management Systems). your domain will look something like www.yourdomain.com where yourdomain is the name of your website. it’s all up to you. However getting a .com domain takes money, but there are web hosting providers that sell this domain for the cheapest price like Bluehost.com

Designing your blog to have a nice and neat interface for both mobile and desktop users

Have you heard of WordPress? No? It’s a good example of CMS. It is a system where you can posts articles easily and fun because of it’s User Interface. WordPress is kind of similar to blogger.com, I mean it’s pretty similar.
You can also use blogger.com to start working on your blog posts either of these works fine. It’s just a matter of how you use it.

Here are the FREE web hosting providers you can try:

3. Designing the website

This is the most fun part, designing your website. It’s like grooming yourself or your room, or your entire house.

It’s all UP TO YOU, However.. keep in mind that the design of your web pages MUST be related to what your blogs gonna be about.

Say, for instance, your article is about technologies, then your logo, your banners, your background, I mean everything, MUST be related to technologies, I’m not saying that your website must look like a robot or something, just make it presentable. So your audience will stay in your webpages longer than you expected.

I have used Wix.com once and they provide support with how you design your website and you can get a FREE domain with Wix.com. It’s just amazing!

4. Identify your first blog post

Now that you have everything set up, it’s time for you to make your very first blog post.

Now How? How do you make your first blog post? Trust me, I asked that question as well to myself.
Writing your first article is just the toughest thing you’d ever encounter since it’s the first post, it must be interesting right?

This is why this article is my very first article here in WeeklyHow.com, it’s because I wanted to know how to write blog posts correctly.
I made hundreds of research on how to do this and it’s quite fair to say that I’m on the right track right now.

Writing your first article can be pretty general, say for instance you wanted to teach how to assemble computers, you can do that by giving instructions in your post.

5. Create a nice blog title

Titles are really important as it attracts readers to read your article, it must have keywords that relate to your blog post.

Say for example your article talks about Computer Motherboards, then you can title your post something like:

Different Types Of Computer Motherboards That You Need To Know“.

Titles should give enough information to tell your audience what you’re going to talk about.

The keywords there are really important as well. like the “Different Types” and “Computer Motherboards“.

These keywords are being used by Google or other Search Engines for SEO or Search Engine Optimization.

6. Writing an introduction

In every article there is an intro, you can’t just go straight to the point and tell them what they have to do to fix their problems.

Tell some stories or tell some jokes, you have to grab their attention to make them stay in your articles because titles must be captivating.

Then go little by little, proceed to the main point and that is your topic.

Example From: Who The Hell Are YOU? by Naomi Dunford

It will please some of you to know that I almost titled this article ‘What’s My Name, B*tch?’ it will please the rest of you to know that I realized not everyone spends as much time watching hardcore p*rn as I do and begrudgingly decided against it

7. Organizing articles

It is also important to make your articles organized. Make the formatting clean and neat. Titles should be bold, texts or descriptions must be colored and placed nicely according to your web design.

Lists should be formatted as well. For example, use bullet list or number list to list down your examples.

Use indents as well… It will make your articles organized and easy to follow.

8. Publishing articles

If you think your blog post is ready to be shown to millions of people, then it’s time for you to publish your blog post.

However, publishing articles doesn’t mean you only have to just press the publish button. It’s highly recommended to double-check every part of your blog post like the titles, URL slug, the headings, the paragraphs, images, etc.

So before hitting that publish button, make sure you have everything checked.

Now that’s it, that’s how you create a blog post, I know there are more things you need to remember on how to make the best blog posts but I just wanted to share the main point of making blog posts, In the future, I will give more detailed instructions on how to improve your blog.
