Before you sign up and use WeeklyHow’s product(s) or service(s), please make sure you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms. By using or signing up to WeeklyHow’s services, we assume that you’ve accepted the terms of use given below.

Course enrollment

By enrolling in a course, WeeklyHow grants you (if you’re a student) a limited and non-transferable license to view or watch the courses for which you have paid all of the required fees, solely for your personal and educational purposes only.

  • You are not allowed to transfer or resell courses in any way
  • You are not allowed to download the courses (including recording your screen)
  • You are not allowed to abuse the platform or use the platform for unlawful purposes

In case we have found that you have violated our terms and conditions, we have the right to not only revoke your account but we will also have the right to file a legal lawsuit for copyright infringement or any possible reason.

Creating an account

When creating an account, you must provide only accurate and complete information, including a valid email address. You will have complete responsibility for your account and for everything that happens on your account, including for any damage to WeeklyHow or to anyone else, regardless if it’s caused by someone using your account or not.

Student Account

For you to be able to use, purchase, and enroll in courses from our platform, you will have to create an account. By creating an account, we assume that you have read and agreed to the terms of our privacy policy.

You must not share your account or your login credentials with anyone else. If in case someone gets access to your account without your permission, you must notify us immediately by contacting us. By contacting us in this regard, we may request some information from you to confirm that you are indeed the owner of your account.

WeeklyHow has discretion in enforcing these Terms and conditions. We may terminate or ban your account at any time, with or without notice, for any or no reason, including for any violation of these Terms and conditions. If you fail to pay any fees when due or when you have access to a course without paying any fees, for unexpected technical issues or problems, if we suspect that you engage in fraudulent or illegal activities, or for any other reason in our sole discretion. Upon any such termination we may delete your account and content, and we may prevent you from accessing our platform(s) and use of our Services. Your content may still be available on the platforms even if your account is terminated or suspended. You agree that we will have no liability to you for termination of your account, removal of your content, or blocking of your access to our platform(s) and services.

Instructor Account

For you to be able to publish courses on our platform, you will have to send an application through your account’s dashboard. By signing up, you agreed that WeeklyHow has the right to accept or reject your application based on your provided details. We will also have the right to ask for more details about you including your past experiences as an instructor.

Deletion of account

When you create an account in our platform, you agree that WeeklyHow reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or delete your account at any time and without notice, especially if the account deems inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these terms and conditions.

If you wish your account to be deleted, you may contact us and you must provide us a valid reason for why you want your account to be deleted. By requesting your account to be deleted, you agree that all of your information, purchases, and courses will also be deleted.

Payments & Fees

Payment providers: Our website uses third-party payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal to facilitate payments for transactions conducted on our website. By using our website and submitting payment information, you agree to the terms and conditions of these third-party payment providers, including their privacy policies and transaction fees.

Transaction fees: When making a payment through our website using a third-party payment provider, transaction fees may apply. These transaction fees are charged by the payment provider, and we do not receive any portion of these fees. You are responsible for paying all transaction fees associated with your payment, including any additional fees or charges imposed by your bank or financial institution.

When you make a purchase, you agree to pay the fees for the courses that you purchase, and you allow us to charge your credit or debit card for those fees. When you make a purchase, you also agree to not use any invalid or unauthorized payment method.

Disputes: Any disputes related to transactions made through third-party payment providers must be resolved directly with the payment provider. We are not responsible for any issues related to payment processing or transaction fees charged by the payment provider

TAX: If you are a student located in a country where sales tax, services tax, or value-added tax is applicable to consumer sales, we are responsible for collecting and remitting that tax to the proper tax authorities.

Depending on your location, the price you see may include such taxes, or tax may be added at checkout.

Changes: WeeklyHow reserves the right and its sole discretion to modify and/or make changes to the courses including their fees, without prior notice.


If in case that the course you have purchased is not what you were expecting, you can request a refund, within 14 days of your purchase of the course. After this 14-day period, you will not be eligible to receive a refund.

If we believe you are abusing our refund policy, such as if you have consumed a significant portion of the course that you wish to refund or if you have previously refunded a course, we have the right to deny your refund request, ban, remove or close your account, and restrict all future use of the Services. If we ban your account due to your violation of our terms and conditions, you will not be eligible to receive a refund.

Our rights to your content

When you post comments, questions, reviews, and even suggestions for our platform improvements, you authorize WeeklyHow to use and share this content with anyone, promote it on any platform or social media, and if needed, we are allowed to make modifications for your content.

Updating these terms

WeeklyHow reserves the right and its sole discretion to modify and/or make changes to these Terms at any time. If we make any changes, we will notify you through prominent means, such as email messages sent to the email address specified in your account or by posting a notice through our platform. By continuing your use of our Services after the changes made in these terms, that will mean that you accept those changes.
