There will be cases that you (as a student) will not be happy with the course that you have purchased from WeeklyHow. We want you to be always satisfied and so all courses purchased on WeeklyHow can be refunded within 12 days.

How to request for a refund?

To request for a refund, kindly follow the steps below:

  1. Send us your refund request by filling up this form
  2. Once you have sent the refund request, you will have to wait for us to review your request.

When will I receive my refund?

After we accepted your refund request, your fund should be in your account within 5 to 12 days. However, this will depend on your location or financial institution. If it has been more than 12 days and you still don’t have the fund in your account, please contact your bank directly to inquire about the status of the refund. If the bank does not see the refund coming from us in their records, please contact us immediately.

My refund request got denied

We have the right, in our sole discretion, to deny refund requests in cases where you (as a student):

  • Have consumed 50% or completed the course that you have purchased.
  • Have requested refunds for the same course more than necessary.
  • Have been banned or have a closed account due to violating terms and conditions
