Making money is not that hard. Nowadays there are lots of ways to earn money regardless if it’s from “working online” or “working for someone else.” To be honest with you, I find it easier to earn money online than working at Starbucks. I have been working online for more than a decade now and I’ve been earning money enough for me to pay my bills. If I can do it, you can do it too. All you need is a good understanding on how you can earn money regardless of where it is coming from.
In this article, we’ll be talking about ways on how to earn money, but before we go to the process let’s first understand what you wanted to do or what kind of job you wanted to do to earn this money that you’ve been dreaming of FAST and EASY!
Understanding the Job
What do you want to do? Do you want to work for someone else? Do you want to make your own business? or Do you want to make your own website and later on monetize it? Those are the questions that you need to be asking yourself. Because to be honest with you, you won’t earn anything if you’re just laying down your couch and doing nothing. “But I’m already reading this article… that’s something.” “Good point buddy!“
I want to work online to earn money
Working online is the easiest way to earn money, all you need is a computer, internet and yourself. The good news is everyone can earn money online, regardless of age or what course you have finished. If you’re an undergraduate you can still earn money online.
Here is the list of easy ways to earn money online:
No-risk matched betting
It works by taking advantage of free bets regularly offered by betting sites through ‘matching’ them at a betting exchange. Matched betting eliminates the risk (you are betting both for and against a certain outcome).
This leaves you being able to squeeze out the free bet, which can be as much as £200! Multiply this by how many betting sites there are and you can quite easily come away with a profit of a few hundred pounds.
An increasingly popular way for everyone to make money is to fill out online surveys in their spare time. Research companies are always recruiting new members to answer surveys and test new products.
For a few minutes of form filling, you can make a couple of money which is paid as cash or rewards. You can bag up to $3 to $5 for some surveys!
Paid for searching the web
Interested in earning cash for doing what you already do online? This has to be one of the easiest methods of making money online without really any effort or change in your behavior.
This innovative idea by Qmee.com rewards you for searching in Google, Bing or Yahoo. You just install a simple add-on to your browser and when you conduct a search there may be a few sponsored results alongside your normal search.
Online market trading
The historically hard-to-break world of investing in stock markets and currencies has been cracked wide open. Today there is no need to be a fat cat or fund the yachts of Wolf of Wall Street-style stockbrokers. You can do it all yourself with the help of online market trading platforms.
Having spent many hours researching this new opportunity, I’ve been experimenting with the biggest platform – eToro.com – which has over 8 million users worldwide and offers free practice accounts.
eToro has been featured in a BBC 2 documentary “Traders: Millions by the Minute” and recently began sponsoring several Premier League football clubs.
Building your own website
Interested in generating passive income? You need a website. It’s THE way to make money while you sleep.
Starting a website with Bluehost takes less than 20 minutes, costs hardly anything. It only takes a bit of plugging on social media to get your first visitors, and there are plenty of ways to monetize your site.
If you’ve got a good presence on social media or perhaps you even have a blog or website, you can start bringing in money immediately by promoting all sorts of companies, products, services and offers online.
Sign up as a publisher on the Awin network, check their offers blog or browse the merchant listings to find something you think your friends would be interested in, grab your affiliate link and share it. If someone buys (can be within up to 90 days) using your link you’ll make a nice commission.
Gigs on Fiverr
Fiverr is now the world’s largest marketplace for people to make money selling small services (known as ‘gigs’).
What you offer could be absolutely anything, from writing and translating, social media posting, playing pranks and teaching to creating music, voiceovers and short video clips for people all around the world!
The default price is $5 (hence Fiverr..), but you can attach extra services to gigs for more money. Whilst it might not seem like much, it can quickly add up and there are plenty of examples of people making a really good living from the site. The key is to get a system in place which minimizes the time spent on each gig.
But there is another way to profit even more from Fiverr for potentially far less work. How? By simply reselling gigs elsewhere. For example, find a decent logo designer then reply to jobs on Upwork or even local classifieds. A $5 spend can easily become $50+, and it’s repeatable!
I want to work for someone else
Working for someone else, also known as being “employed” is a good start to earn money and quite frankly it’s the most practical way to make your own money. So.. what do you need to do to be employed? It’s simple, earn a degree and apply for internships and get the job that you wanted.
Here’s the thing, getting a degree is not that easy, you have to go through a lot of pressure to finish your college and get the diploma. After finishing your studies you have to go for an internship to be experienced and have the skills that your employers have been looking for.
Here are the things to do to be employed:
1.) Developing your Skills
This is the most important thing you need to do, is to develop yourself to be able to get the attention of employers. First, understand what you want to be doing in your workplace. Do you want to draw cows and birds and then make them move later? Then study how to be a graphic artist.
There are lots of skills you can develop but it’s all up to you, what do you want to do?
2. Focus on what you’re passionate about
You will understand what this means once you’re already in an interview. If you’re not eager to work in a company, your employer will find them out as soon as possible. So before going for an interview ask yourself. “Do I really want to pursue this career?”. So focus on what you’re passionate about and develop yourself with that passion. Once you’re ready to go, get the job where you can use that passion that you’ve been building for so long. In other words, do what you love.
3. Be ready for interviews
This is the most pressuring part, especially if you’re just a newbie and you’ve never had any experience in actual interviews. But don’t worry, it’s normal. To be able to pass these interviews all you need to do is to understand what you’re going into, learn all the history of the company that you’re applying for and do a lot of research on what position you’re applying for as well. Because the more you know it, the higher the chance you’ll get the job that you’ve been wanting.
4. Earn the money
Now that you’re earning money, keep in mind that saving is important. You can invest or make a bank account where you can deposit some of your earnings so you can build something later.
